SHIPPING POLICY
What You Need to Know
All orders are processed as soon as possible (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Due to the nature of our company which is mostly made-to-order at this time, we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for processing your goods. In many cases, this will be a lot shorter on smaller items, but time depends on the item's complexity and current volume. Once complete, your order will be shipped and you will receive another email notification. If, for any reason, due to unforeseen problems, there is any delay, you will be kept in the loop and up to date via email. We offer shipping to Canadian addresses only, no PO Boxes. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total of your order and include handling, order processing, packaging and transportation. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and arrive to you between 7 - 10 business days. As our business grows we aim to reduce our processing and delivery times and offer more shipping/delivery options. We thank you for your patience and consideration in the meantime.
We currently do not ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut.
Pickup from our workshop in Vaughan, Ontario is available at scheduled times Monday to Friday. Upon completion of your order you will receive an email to schedule your pickup. You will receive a phone call 48 hours prior to your pick-up date for a final confirmation. Rescheduling or cancelling a pick-up must be done 24 hours prior to set date via phone call or email. We do not accept voicemails for rescheduling or cancelling. If you fail to show on your scheduled date and time a cancellation fee of $25 will be added to your total cost of goods.
For shipping purposes you must provide us with a complete and accurate address, email, phone number, and recipient name. We are not liable for delivering your goods to the wrong address or person due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

Our handcrafted products are made-to-order and at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges.
In the event that your shipped order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@atlasinteriors.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and make no guarantees that a damaged item will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the consumer, however we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Each of our products is packaged and shipped with care and consideration. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen goods once the item is shipped or picked up at our workshop. Our products are made with quality materials and practices and should last for years to come provided our consumers care for the items as instructed.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
-To provide and operate the Services;
-To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
-To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
-To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
